Originally founded as a company that specialized in outsourced customer management, Brandocular changed its focus in 2006 (and later its name) toward customer loyalty and customer tracking services. In 2007, we started delivering custom research projects.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes experts in market research who have conducted thousands of studies across a variety of objectives and sample sizes.

The company was founded by two Fortune 500 executives and has now conducted over 1,100,000 interviews.
